Insight Aviation B.V. developed an alternative maintenance program

We are proud to have supported our customer in resolving a complex Landing Gear Overhaul extension challenge. Due to limited parts availability and shop capacity, three landing gear shipsets could not be overhauled within the standard 10-year TBO.

Insight Aviation B.V. developed an alternative maintenance program, safely extending the overhaul interval to 14 years. In close cooperation with the aircraft manufacturer and aviation authorities, the solution was fully approved and implemented.

This outcome enables our customer to continue operations for another four years with limited additional costs, while maintaining full safety and regulatory compliance.
